PRICES

All prices & payments quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate. Any List prices quoted are the Manufacturers / Importers recommended retail price. We reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without prior notice.

GUARANTEE/WARRANTY

Unless stated on the invoice the standard 24-month guarantee applies to all purchases. Foodfresh Refrigeration or a designated service agent will repair any fault caused by faulty manufacture or component within a 12-month period from delivery of the goods. This guarantee does not cover Glass, Light Bulbs, other Consumable Items or Wear and Tear. We shall not be responsible for loss of food or other goods placed or stored in our products no matter how caused. We shall not be responsible for any loss the customer may encounter, whether in time and extra labour costs whilst a product supplied by Foodfresh is subject to repair under warranty conditions The Guarantee does not cover defects caused by the customers failure to follow instructions provided with the Goods or standard operating procedures associated with such equipment. Such faults will be billed to the customer on a pro-rata basis. Foodfresh Refrigeration reserves the right to withdraw the guarantee cover if payment for the goods is outstanding. Call out to a customer is normally within 48 hours or less although this may increase in times of high demand. If parts are needed which are not carried by the engineer and have to be ordered they will be sent by post, time for delivery of such parts must be allowed. Weekend and Bank Holiday cover is not part of the standard cover. Foodfresh Refrigeration Limited cannot be held responsible in the event of a manufacturer being unable to provide warranty, including labour and all parts where the manufacturer has discontinued a product for any reason and parts are no longer available, or been subject to Insolvency or administration by a receiver.

Repair. Where an on-site visit is requested by the customer under the terms of the manufacturers/distributors warranty, the cost of the visit will be borne by the manufacturer/distributor. Whilst every effort is made to determine the cause of a fault before sending an engineer on site, it is always not possible to make a direct diagnosis. In the event of a fault due to customer neglect, failure to operate or maintain equipment according to the manufacturers instructions, accidental damage or abuse, Foodfresh then cannot be held responsible for the cost of the engineer visit. Any cost will be charged to the customer. A copy of the engineers report will be supplied upon request and accompany any invoice raised.

PAYMENT & TITLE OF GOODS

Payment shall be in accordance with the terms specified on our invoice. All goods remain the property of Foodfresh Refrigeration until full payment is received and cleared. Foodfresh Refrigeration reserves the right to recover goods not paid for in full, if necessary by entering the premises of the customer. By way of signing the delivery note the customer gives their permission for Foodfresh to recover goods should payment not be made in full and relinquishes any claim against Foodfresh for damage etc. whilst recovery of goods is implemented. We reserve the right to add 8% per month interest to overdue accounts. Risk in respect of such goods will pass to the buyer from the moment of delivery.

DELIVERY

Prices are inclusive of U.K delivery. This is considered to be delivery to the customers designated site, providing unrestricted access is available. We are unable to deliver goods to any floor other than a ground floor except by special arrangement. Unpacking / siteing / assembly / installation or set up of goods are subject to agreement at time of ordering and are not normally included unless agreed beforehand. Please ensure all goods are checked before signing. Any damage must be reported to the person delivering and noted on the delivery note before signing. Foodfresh cannot accept liability for damage not reported at the time of delivery. Access from 9am to 5pm must be provided on the day of delivery. If delivery cannot be made at the agreed time and the goods have to be re-delivered a charge may be levied before delivery. Foodfresh Refrigeration reserves the right to charge any additional costs involved when the Buyer has failed to ensure that the entry door size available is insufficient to enable the delivery of any unit to be made. Late cancellation of orders including overnight delivery, or when goods are picked for despatch or in transit or refused delivery (except damaged items) will incur a surcharge of 25% for checking, restocking, transport and administration costs.

STATUS

All leasing and payment options are subject to status.

SUPPLY

Goods are supplied in accordance with the Manufacturer or Importer’s description as per their published literature. Specifications may be changed without prior notice. Foodfresh Refrigeration cannot be held responsible for any specification changes.

PREVAILING CONDITIONS

These conditions of sale are the only terms on which Foodfresh Refrigeration Limited will do business and any variation of these conditions in any document of the Buyer is inapplicable unless accepted in writing by us.

Price Promise. Applies to new products from stock only and compared to bona fide suppliers, not sole traders or advertised on e-bay or second-hand sites. We reserve the right to cancel this offer at any time"
